This fearless crab can be found on pilings, under docks, and on kelp plants. It has long legs and claws, which it uses to hold on tightly. They are so long that it can use them to clean its shell too. Of course, long claws make it tough to get close to it. If you ever meet one in the wild don’t put your hand too close. It will pinch you--ouch!
